How much does a PA / VA cost?
I understand that flexibility and budgeting are key, especially to small and medium-sized businesses. Therefore I can adapt the way I charge to suit you including an hourly rate, day rate or project rate.
As an example and guideline prices, below is an example of projects and charges to give you an idea as a starting point.
PA / Office management including invoicing from £160.00 per day
Hotel / Restaurant liquor and food stocktakes from £175.00 per stocktake. This includes full count, report and action plan should it be required. These can be arranged as a one-off count due to staff changeovers, end of year or contracted to a specific date per month.
Hotel Mystery shopper set up and personalised report plus 1 overnight visit from £450.00
This can of course be rewritten for any business and is basically formulated for any industry that has an element of dealing with the public. In addition to physically visiting places, I can do telephone calls, emails, letters and web surveys.
Hotel Sales & Business Development. £350.00 for a day per week or £300.00/day for 2 days. Typical tasks would include sourcing new business, account managing existing business, identifying alternative distribution channels, organising familiarisation trips, contacting coach and group operators to negotiate new contracts. Compiling a seasonal rate plan and marketing plan for events and special offers both internal and external. Competitor analysis on an ongoing basis. OTA management and ongoing support. Plus much more.....
Bespoke individual contracts for smaller independent accommodation providers are by negotiation
Social media caretaking £450.00 per month
Postings on to your chosen social media platforms, content posted once a day, 7 days a week. The content is unique and specifically created with the knowledge of your own business and taking into careful consideration your target audience when choosing articles, images, promotions as well as the use of hashtags to increase your visibility in social searches.
